Some of you will remember that there used to be another guestbook, but it
inexplicably broke. However, we were able to salvage an
archive of the old messages.
Holy Freakin' Crap you've got cute kids. Hayes is growing like a weed. Looks a lot like Jamie too -- or so it seems to me. Hope y'all are doing well! -Aaron

Great Photos of Saquish and The Gurnet. My husband has fond memories of many summers on Saquish. His grandpa had a cottage and it has since been sold in the 80's. We would love to rent a cottage out there and bring our kids next summer. Can you email me with some contacts on rentals or any other information you might have to share.
Thanks,
Veronica

I spent my summers on Saquish and I would like to reconnect with someone from the past. 1954-1958----Conathans, Devirs, O'Connors, Martin's ring a bell?????

A late congratulations on the birth of your son, and the continuation of your male Talbot line! I especially like your use of Nicoll as a middle name - in honor of CNT (Charles Nicoll Talbot), I would imagine - who is my great/great grandfather.

Great pictures of Saquish! My family has had a place there since the 1950's and we still spend most of our time down there in the summer. I often take little day trips in the winter just to check it out after storms and such...it's an incredible place, year round.

Okay, so I've been on the site daily looking at Hayes and Hadley's pictures. I can't get enough of them. Do you think you could provide daily updates for us non-NYers :o) They are just beautiful and we couldn't be happier for you guys. Love to all...xoxo

I find it very funny that the code name for Hadley was Rufus and the one for Hayes was Gladys. But at least I will know this opposite-gendered code name pattern for the 3rd (?) Talbot child...
Congratulations on the arrival of Hayes--he's cute as a button and all those pics of Hadley as a new sis are really adorable! Thanks for sharing them!

I love your website. Especially the pictures of Gurnet Saguish. My parents own property there...although they are selling...the memories of each summer will forever be etched into my heart. Thank you so much for the walk down memory lane. Also, the rest of your website is fantastic,,,keep up the great work.

I love your site, especially the pics of Saquish and Gurnet Head . . . I am looking forward to being able to go back there for a visit. What a great relaxing place to vacation or just hang out, any season of the year.

We're getting spammed here in the guestbook. Unless I can figure out a way to prevent it, we may have to shut this down for a little while.

Who are all these people? I'm going to have to check the logs to see where people are coming from...
Anyway, I'm not sure about the grammar comment, but yes, we welcome foreigners (this is after all the WORLD wide web), and yes, I designed the site myself. The design is so simple, though, that I am sure it is very similar to that of a million other personal sites out there.

First, great pictures. What a cutie! Second, I am sorry I haven't seen you guys since the wedding. Third, Jamie, you are one of my favorite journalists on the Internet! Honestly, you should sell some of your rants to WashingtonPost.com, Boston.com or the AP. Very professional and thorough. Fourth, Pat Goggins is THE MAN!!!!

Erin, Sean, Steve and I are so SAD to be so far away from our beautiful little niece, so we need some updated pictures NOW! Maybe something to commemorate her 6th month birthday this week! So get off the couch and put down the bonbons...kidding!... (Hadley is such a good baby, you must have a LOT of time on your hands, Moll!) and hurry up with some updated pictures! :) We miss you all! Dear Molly, What a beautiful little girl you have. It brings back such wonderful memories of when Alexis was born and came home from the hospital. I can close my eyes and imagine that Alexis is a newborn baby like your Hadly - pink skin and a full head of dark hair. I think I know for sure how deeply you feel for her. We look forward to more pictures soon.
Love,
Rosalie (Alexis' mom)

Hi Dad, Mom and Hadley,
We are enjoying all your photo journalism. Hadley is beautiful, and I think she's a true combination of both your families. Sunday's Child is fair and wise, and good and gay. Can't wait to meet her in person.
