Hello Molly! Was catching up with Erin the other night and of course I needed an update on the pregnancy...Low and behold she directed me to your website to check it out. Great advertising! I love everything and am so glad all is well....Since we are big on the Irish names...here are some suggestions that were in the running...How about Liam or Declan (yes Declan was Dan's idea...Jess gave the big veto!) Hopefully I will see you at Christmas....Enjoy the holidays...Love Jess

I think Simon/Simone/Simona since my darling husband was probably the last person you saw before you got preggers (as they say in Australia)

While what’s-his-name may be a lawyer, he might not be aware that universal law dictates that since he automatically gets to dub little Rufus with his own fine and strong last name, Molly has the irrefutable right to choose the first and middle names unilaterally since she gets to go through all the agonizing pain of childbirth.
Our humble suggestions are:
1. Taryn Nancy Talbot. TNT. Taryn, after Molly's hero, and Nancy after Molly's Aunt Nancy. That name is the bomb, baby!
2. Habiba Odeda Talbot: HOT. Habiba means “loved”, and Odeda means “strong.” Melodic yet meaningful.
3. Thelma Imelda Talbot............................................
Seriously you guys, we are so thrilled for you, and will keep you all in our prayers for an absolutely joyful and healthy birth experience.
Like your Rufus, our Aidan was “Shadrack” for nine months. We brought a list of 22 names for consideration to the hospital. Aidan was nowhere near the top of the list, but when we looked at him for the first time, we just knew that was his name.
When the time comes, we’re just sure you’ll know your little one is a Taryn when you see her! : )

Hey M and J -- I'd love to toss out a name suggestion, but we're having enough trouble coming up with our own (not that we don't have 7 more months to think about it). Luckily for you, "Talbot" seems to fit well with a lot of names. Btw, Hector or Hectorina? I should have known right away that was Sell's. Anyway, good luck!

Ok. . so I was trying to put your two names together to come up with something cute, creative, spunky and guess what I came up with? You'll never guess.. .A-M-Y. There is nothing better than Amy Talbott to join your family. She will be a combination of the two of you: "A" from Jamie, "M" from Molly and Jamie and "Y" from Molly, even-steven, you both contribute one of your own and then one together. You are very welcome. Love you Mol.

Hi Molly and Jaime. I'd first like to say Congratulations! As for names: I like Evan also for a boy. How about Johanna (in honor of Bamma) for a girl. Molly, I know you always liked that name. Well, good luck with everything! Take care! Love, Kate

How about the name Colby? (only if it is a boy!!!) That is a nice name. Unique. Sounds like a nice guy. Handsome, etc. Colby Talbot. Cool.

After giving this much consideration, Uncle Rick said you may name the baby for him - just don't call him "Big Dick" or "Little Dick"! I really like both Evan and Owen. What are your female choices? Love, Aunt Maureen

I think Linnea had a good suggestion: Sam. It works for either boy or girl. Names I like are Diesel and Gritty, but they're more dog names than lawyer names....

If you continue to bring up the size of our child's head you will be banned from this web site. Just think of it this way, the bigger the head the bigger the brain.

For those of you that don't appreciate Mr. Goldner's...unique....sense of humor, the baby will not be named Andrew or Andrea, and the godfather position has not yet been filled.

Congratulations, Molly and Jamie! I got back from Italy (where I was conducting and orchestra) to find this great news in my pile o'email, and I think you should keep the name "Rufus" unless of course your fetus turns out to be a girl! --in which case you could try Rufina if you dare....best wishes for an easy pregnancy!

Congratualtions on the wonderful news and the soon to be added new edition to the Talbot Family. I also wanted to say thank you. That you've decided to name your child Andrew (if a boy) and Andrea (if a girl) is simply too much. Sure, I've helped Jamie on countless occassions here at work. Sure, Jamie would be a far less successful lawyer but for me. But, to name your child after me? Wow. Thank you. And, yes, of course I will be his Godfather....

Molly and Jaimie, Thank you for giving me your web site address when I was at your mom's last night Molly. I've checked it out but haven't thought of a name yet. I'll share the site with my "famiglia" and let you know. Our beach is becoming a little nursery school! no

How about naming him (or her, I suppose it's unisex) after the guy responsible for all of this....Brennan? (ha, ha, Jame). But seriously, something Irish would be great. I also still like Hadley Kane...and William Silas...or Liam? Willem?

For me, Silas is still a semi-contender, but Molly is not a fan. It has such potential to be a great name...

Sean and I think Seamus is an incredibly handsome name for a boy (or a dog)! Mol, I like the Hector suggestion... Remember our pet brick rug??? I can't wait for the little leprechaun with the big head to arrive!

I have always thought Sebastian was such a cute name for a boy... or Sam. Still think you should incorporate a Russian middle name, like Ivan, Volodya, or Leonid...

Mike Conathan said to name it Horatio (I also offered Horatia) and call it Ho.

My suggestion for a boy name is Half-n-half, because he would be half of Molly and half of Jamie. Did anyone see the "Seinfeld" episode where George suggests baby names, including "Soda" and "Seven"?????
