Molly came home from the hospital late last night, so we've finally had a chance to update you all with more pictures!

We'll start with more from the actual day, April 30th:

This is Hadley meeting her little brother for the very first time. At first, she was a little wary.

But she got used to him pretty quickly!

Molly and I are thrilled to announce the birth of our son, Hayes Nicoll Talbot at 7:35 PM on Saturday, April 30, 2005.

Hayes was 8 pounds, 8 ounces, and twenty and one half inches long.

Molly and Hayes are doing great.

We will provide more information and pictures soon.
